14th September It's an 'armless bit of fun
Now on first appearances an article of clothing that doesn't have all its constituent parts doesn't seem fit the bill as an essential wardrobe must-have. I mean who would buy a pair of trousers without the legs? But believe it or not such an item of clothing is one of fashions greatest gifts.
As the temperature hovers in that uncomfortable non Golidilocks range of not really being summer or winter, many men of a certain age find it too hot for a proper coat and yet a bit too cold for just a sweater.
