30th June Pay me up before you go go

In a revealing interview that might well contain some factual inaccuracies Andrew Ridgely has revealed that he really wanted to make Wham's farewell into a tour instead of just a one off at Wembley Stadlium

Whilst many might think such a venture would be done to allow Wham to spread their artistic and creative wings, in order to explore further uncharted territory and say a proper farewell to their hordes of horemonal under 14 fans, Andrew Ridgely was bitterly disappointed because it stopped him from earning loads more cash simply by standing in George's shadow. Literally and metaphorically.

"I didn't care that George wrote all the songs, choreographed all the moves, picked out all the clothes, attrated all the girl fans( even though he was a secret gayboy), whilst I just ponced about with a guitar which wasn't plugged in most of the time to be honest. Hey even our two back up singers Pepsi and Shirley were more famous than me."

"I didn't care because for every hit we had, every record sold, every ticket bought, every bit of merchanise flogged for some reason that still defies logic I got paid a percentage of it. I know its f&*%$(g mad if you the think about it. So why would I want to cut that short?"

"Thankfully as its George's 60th birthday this year and with a new documentary out on Netflix, that will be loads more lolly rolling in for doing absolutley nothing."
