22nd January Adele shows Boris how to do it


 People tuning into various social media platforms yesterday were left confused after stumbling over what many could only assume was a video just 'dropped' to accompany an unannounced hidden track from Adele's latest album..

The new video featured a blubbing and bleary eyed Adele lamenting about the latest trauma in her life. In what music critics are calling a stunning change in production values and a break from her usual style, this latest offering appeared to be a raw acapella attempt without musical backup, offering Adele thechance to plumb the depths of self misery to new levels in just under a minute.

Billed as the album that will enable her son to one day understand why Mumy got divorced and how much she spend on therapy album, the new song has already caused a storm of responses amongst Adele's followers known as the 'Pottymouths' after their idol's expletive laden rants between song.

Tracy Grimshaw revealed, "Oh my Gawd, it was so emotional. when she mentioned 'the show can't go on' and 'can't give you what I have.' I thought Oh babe, you is havin' it hard aint ya, what wiv ya million selling cds and £500,000 a weekend residency in Las Vegas. And heres little old me going on about havin' my £20 Universal credit uplift stopped. Adele put me in my place didnt she. Let's hope that everyone does go easy on her."

Fellow Pottymouth, Justin Bellows added, "And just look how fresh and contemporary she is talking about 'delivery delays' and 'Covid' I've been sat in waiting for my Ocado order since 9am ths morning, so I know how poor Adele feels. What a drama Queen!"

At the time of going to press Grace Under Pressure is unable to confirm rumours that Boris Johnson is currently using the video as study guide for how to appear genuinely sorry when making a public apology.

  A chance to stretch our legs today with our first port of call; Olbia, Sardinia. And it was a quick stretch too due to it being only a five hour stay. Up bright and early, so early in fact that the hot food at the buffet wasn't even ready to be served. Still it gave us a chance to watch the ship glide into port past a host of oyster/mussel beds, before performing a 180 degree turn to reverse into it's berth. A couple of short bus rides later and we were in downtown Olbia. But there an hour or so before anything appeared to open, the disadvantage of being early birds and something we don't seem to learn! 7th May Naples

 I'm sure I've heard the phrase 'see Naples and die' suggesting that it is perhaps not the nicest location in the Mediterranean but if it's good enough for Diego Maradona fir a few years then it's good enough for me for 10 hours. Although the millions of tax free pounds he was paid might have eased his stay. By the time we got up, washed, dressed and up to The Kitchens, the rest of the ship were already there. Compared to the Marie Celeste of yesterday it was absolutely packed, presumably with people having breakfast before heading out on 8am excursions, our excursion was simply going to be the city of Naples itself as possible trips to Vesuvius, Pompei or the Amalfi coast would have been too much / tired.  So on a day when the weather initially seemed uncertain, we jumped aboard route A for the Hop on Hop off bus and headed out into the mayhem that is the Napoli traffic where it was every van, car and scooter for the selves.
